Too early to clip?

Started clipping one of mine last week as he started to shed his coat as he got hot/slightly sweaty even in a LW rug before and whilst I've been doing it :)
I have done it in stages as he gets a bit of a head rush (completely opposite to what he is normally like) so can be more than a little fresh!

Depends on your horse, I won't clip mine til they start getting sweaty when ridden and take too llong to dry after lol!!!

My friends yard clip all year round

Share horsey definitely needs clipping, he was so sweaty yesterday, and we only did a little bit of canter. Owner's going to get him done as soon as she has the money, hopefully in the next couple of weeks.

I was ment to be clipping today but dad aint managed to get the blades sharpened yet grrrrr :( so now after rolling in the field i have a very muddy slightly wet wooly tb to clean, oh and did i mention on top of that hes grey!!! lol oh fun times :D hopefully get him done this week at some stage.

The moon is right night friday 24th until wednesday 29th. I am a great believer of clipping under the right moon phase as it prevents a fast growth. I have been doing it for years and it really works.(hope you don't think I am nuts);)
