I have recently got a ''new'' sharer for my cob... yay!! at last!!
My cob tends to get quite sweaty after her schooling her. Is it too late to clip? will it affect my cob's gorgeous summer coat coming through?

Well i am just considering what clip to do on one of my mares tonight! And plan to re-clip Holly and Blue in about a months time

I clipped today and still got one more to do which i'm not planning on doing for another few weeks

Will be fine

But one of mine I clip all year round and its stills grows back nice after a few weeks even in the summer

Baron had his last full clip last weekend. I think as long as it is done in the next few weeks you will be fine. Unless you are wanting to show I would not be too worried anyway, as the only problem with clipping late is that the clip lines will not fade in time for spring.

One of my girls will get her last clip this weekend.............think if you do it int he next few weeks you will be ok, that is if you intend to show, otherwise I wouldn't worry too much..
