Yep - grass that is! :D

We've got rid of most of the rabbits, Fuzzys not been on hay for well over a month & all out 24/7 (either big or small paddocks) and there is now too MUCH grass! :mad: (never thought I'd type that :D as we've had no rain for 6 weeks now!:( )

Could do with mobile lawn mower for at least 6 weeks (if not more!) - anyone got a knobber-scoffer they want to lend out for a while for 24/7 munching? :)
Or maybe come for summer as grass livery?

Question - what CAN actually go on unlimited grass 24/7 these days?

Ideas?
 
I know how you feel!! I have lots of lovely grass and the only thing that is allowed to eat as much as it wants is my 1 month old foal.... and well, although she does have some nice bitey little teeth, shes not making much in roads into all the grass I have.....

Maybe get yourself/borrow yourself some youngsters?? They should be allowed to eat grass ad lib!!!!:D
 
FF, I wish you'd asked last year. My non knobber filly could have come to you. But now I need her for riding type things :(

She likes grass :D
 
Sorry, didn't have as much last year :(

Prefer not youngsters (unless they have best behaviour gold badges;) ) as have had too many thug-types over the years).

Well, if anyone knows of someone who needs a break/holiday/temp respite, do put them in touch please :)
 
o well. Although she was/is a youngster she does have gold badges for behaviour. But this year she is fat. I will keep an ear for other people with something looking for a holiday :)

Stopped up 90% of holes & then had a long weekends shooting :)
Mate has popped down every day in past week & eradicated quite a number more either v early morning or at dusk (or both!). Current tally is 59 in 7 days & still more to prob come.
All holes stayed stopped up after 2 days so they are only coming over from next door. Intend on keeping on top of it this year too :)
