She was amazing! We hacked up with a friend (about an hour's hack), and went round the course then hacked home again. This was only Genie's 4th time XC and she was fantastic. Before we've only done loggy-type jumps, so I was really really pleased with her.
We weren't too sure about the ditch of the coffin to begin with....
But got more confident with it!
Her first time over the pheasant feeder, also the first time she's jumped anything remotely this solid.
This looks tiny, but there is a fair old ditch in front of it which she wasn't too sure about...

And then LAUNCHING ourselves into it!

She was SO good! Last time we went to this course (her first time XC) we only did the tiny jumps, and nothing like the steps etc. Today we did the medium jumps the majority of the time, and went both up and down the steps.
