Toothache

Its back. i had this tooth ache a couple of months ago and its like someone hammering my mouth in. i went to the dentist last time and said i needed numerous stuff, but he was a young foreign one so i was unsure and he was asking his assistant for advice. he said did i want the work done then and i said no, and left. *i hate the dentist generally always have done.

Well its back, not as bad but its there, and i have no paracetomal (sp) at home. so is there anything i can do to ease the pain?

last time i drugged my slef up with paracetomol for a week which worked but its not good so i dont think i will do it again.

any advice gratfully recieved.
