Sent them an email in the wee hours of Tuesday morning (when I do all my best horse related thinking) with a few queries about their Itch Free.

I had a phone call back by mid day and an email a few hours later with some points she forgot to mention.

No pushing of their other feeds/ supplements, just really friendly, helpful advice.
