Top Spec - Prices going up!

Just found out that my supplier of Top Spec has said that from the 1st Oct, prices are increasing.

The Balancer is going up by £2.80, the Senior is going up £1. I guesss that this may vary between feed merchants?

Wonder why such a huge increase?

I've not been using TS for that long - has it been awhile since its had an increase or something?
 
We've been using Balancer and Conditioning Flakes for about 3 yrs and I can't think that we've ever noticed an increase but we find it can vary greatly between feed merchants in our area!
 
I just bought another sack of Antilam today & it's gone up £5!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had been feeding it to both of mine but now I'm only going to give it to the big lad. I'd love to know how they can justify such a big increase but at the same time I'll keep buying it because he's a tricky horse to feed & the change in his feet has been dramatic in the 3 months I've been feeding it.
 
Sadly the prices will be going up for most supplements as the price of vitamins has rocketed recently (especially Vitamin A & E!) It's a sad reflection on the whole credit crunch I'm afraid and there'll be no getting around it - For products with high levels of vitamins and minerals (ie those worth feeding!) it will mean a rise in costs to manufacture which means passing it on to the customer

I checked on the website and anti lam seems to have gone up by £5 direct from topspec. Oh dear.
Time to research alternatives I think
