Top tips on gullet changing Thorogood T6

As title really, never done it before or do i need to get someone out to do it? Any tips gratefully recieved

Personally, I would get the saddlefitter to do it, or at least check that the gullet change does not throw up any other issues (such as uneven flocking) that might cause problems later.

However, Vanessa Fairfax has a number of demos on YooToob that are easy to follow.

It is really easy to do if you just look up their instructions. If you don't put the bar in the correct way round then the holes just don't line up. I agree with hereshoping though - best to get a saddler to check the fit. My horse actually turned out to be between sizes.
