Has anyone ever tried this? I'm after a multi vitamin and mineral supplement for my mare. Shes lami prone so kept in a bare paddock with add lib hay and a small feed of fast fibre with lo cal balancer. She's looking good on the balancer but it is expensive!

I have been recommended TopSpec all in one, and after looking at the website it looks really good. Specially as a 20kg tub is only £75 ish if you shop around.

I work out that will last my pony about 8 months! Before I invest in it, what are peoples opinions?

Also what is the dosage for a 400kg pony? I cannot find it anywhere.

Thanks

Can't help much but I have just started using I too so will be interested to see what people have to say, I was using NAF pink powder before but thought I would give it a try! :)

I've just had a look on their website, looks really good:

TopSpec All-in-One is available in 4kg, 9kg, and 20kg containers. The 4kg tub will last a 500kg horse (e.g. a 15.3hh middleweight) for 40 days. The 9kg and 20kg tubs save 25% and 40% respectively, compared to the small tub RRP.

Doesn't really answer your Q, I'm rubbish at Maths but assuming yours is 400 kg, so 45 days, then the biggest tub (9kg, £82) will last you 225 days...win ;)

My oldie suffers with metabolic syndrome so he is prone to abit of lami if im not carefull, i use the topspec antilam, its brillinat, he's hasnt been footy at all since hes been on it and he looks amazing, would highly reccomend it, they are very helpfull as well if you want to give them a call to discuss your horses needs. :-)

Hes 28 this year, but has trouble remembering that when hes careering round the field causing havoc :-/ butter wouldnt melt :-)
