Well there's the verdict. Not a bone spavin and nothing to do with fractured navicular bones either! I'm pleased that I won't be forking out on any ops now but not sure how highly strung mare can cope with up to 3 months box rest

Anyone else's horse had this injury?

oh well, that's not as bad as fractured navicular, bone spavin etc.
i'd be investing in a stable mirror for your girl, i think. supposed to work wonders.
hope she's okay.
