Our working lab was on off lame towards end of shooting season so she missed out on the last few weeks. A visit to the vet didn't show anything so we were at a loss. I then had an idea of asking my mctimoney practitioner, whom I use for the horses, to have a look. She found dog had torn a muscle in her shoulder. Dog now on 6 weeks box rest, toilet trips only. Luckily dog is a star so 6 weeks will be ok. Have been advised to give dog arnica. I have used it for horses but a quick Google and I'm getting conflicting advice for using it for dogs. Is it OK? Or can anyone suggest any thing else that might help the muscle to heal along side rest? Tia
