Total Liable for Buncefield Blast

It is about time too. This has dragged out for far too long. I live in Herts (but not Hemel) and feel sorry for the people whose homes were close by. It is time compensation/liability was sorted.
 
It was a bit scary. I thought a plane had crashed at the airfield! I think the ponies coped better than us! At last some one has been held accountable. It could have been so much worse.
