I know this is in totally the wrong place, but as more people go in here I figured it was more likely someone might know, I'm looking for a new car, have seen one I like, its a VW beetle, and has the herbie like look to it, but it has the number 53 in a circle on the side of the cars (on driver and front passenger door) and my brother said this was illegal?? Never heard this before and its a factory paint job, so not a modded one, anyone know if this is correct or not? Cuz if it is illegal, I may just give up on this car now!! Thanks in advance!!
