I am looking for a new no-fill turnout for my middleweight rug-trasher. An Amigo fits him very well but he has trashed the last two I have bought him, even losing the tail flap off the newest one!!! SO although I love the amigo I don;t want to get another 600d one as it will be in pieces in a couple of weeks.
SO any ideas as to which rug is the least rippable? I have looked at Amigo 1200d, a caldene one which is v expensive, but I saw a Masta Aztex one in the sale which is meant to be really tough? Any ideas if the Masta is any good?
Or do I just get the tougher Amigo?
I am expecting to start my maternity leave after xmas so I want horsey well kitted out before I go down to beans on toast wages and husband takes charge of finances.... Eeeeek!!!!

The shires rainsheets/ lightweights have done a good job for me...I wouldnt say my horses are awful rug trashers but several have gone in the past and it has never been a shires. They also seem to fit great on everything ; 15.2hh 3/4 cob xTB, 16.1hhh full TB exrace, 16.3hh 3/4TBXID and 16hh ISH all fit well in them :)
