Went and watched Rosie at Towerlands today and I have to say it was lovely. The regular Wednesday Senior BSJA - not crowded, very laid back and friendly, no bling, no rude parents and best of all, warm

She was riding one they have in at the moment which Rosie will work on prior to being sold. He is 7 or 8 (can't remember), 15hh and palamino with brown spots on his bum. Rosie assured me his legs are that colour and it's not that he's dirty - she's bathed him twice in the 6 six days since she's had him. He is being sold because the owner's 2 daughters are GCSE and A level-ing so don't really have enough time.
Anyway, he hasn't done a lot in the last 4 months but he won the BN class so happy Rosie and owner

A bit of vid:

He then did the Disco and just had one down in the JO. They think they may need to experiment with different bits as he's a bit inclined to run through the bridle (I don't actually know what that means but you lot probably do)

She then took Bertie in the Newcomers and he had one down but is looking much more comfortable with his SJ now so that's good and they have all winter to work on it. Again a bit of vid:

The nicest thing is that the people sitting in front of us turned round at the end of his round and said 'is that your horse? Wow isn't he stunning'. Cue me and Rosie's Mum leaving the arena floating on a (probably rose-tinted) cloud.

SJ is cool (but not quite as cool as eventing

. How is your horse? Have you managed to get out and about much this season? I recall seeing a post from you saying you were off somewhere but can't remember the details
