I have a 26 year old gelding who boxes very well although he does have an opinion when it come to bends and corners. When I went out last I had a 'Ohps' moment and forgot to put the breach bar across at the back of my trailer before putting the ramp up. This meant that he was able to move his back legs across the rear of the trailer so that his back end was slightly the other side of the middle. He seemed to prefer travelling this way and didn't object to any corners or bends. What is the opinion of others with me travelling my horse this way? Does anyone think it dangerous?
