Can anyone recommend a good instructor to help get me through the towing test. Also have been looking at the intesive courses over 2/3 days has anyone done this? I live in the Warwickshire area.
Hi. I live in Warwickshire too and I took my trailer test last year. The only test centres near us that you can take your trailer test is Birmingham or Gloucester. I found a really good lady who taught me to drive. She is called Julie and her website is http://www.trailertowing.co.uk/home.htm. Julie is really patient and comes from a horsey background. It took me about 1 hour to drive to the place where I learnt, but it was worth it because the lessons were about 2/3 hours long and I only needed about 3/4 sessions.
I am so glad I took the test. I now take my horse out to comps, lessons, training and events on my own. The freedom is great.
