Towing weight

Im trading my car in for something that will pull an Ifor 510 with one or possibly two 16hh warmblood types. How much would the trailor plus 1 or 2 horses weigh?

trailer weighs 1ton i think not 100% sure.

then for the horses 600kg each maybe more.

Ifor Williams 510 Trailer has ULW of 1000kg. A 16h horse can weigh anything from around 540kg up to 600kg each so to tow two horses you will need to tow over 2000kg. Various towing organisations recommend that you do not tow any more that 85% of the recommended weight. This is for safety so that when you are descending hills etc the trailer does not take over & push you etc.
