I know this is a question that has been asked a number of times before. I've always said that they cant tow a sausage
but on checking Parkers Guide -some of them can tow up to 2000kg. I know thats more than likely only one horse plus trailer but hubby doesnt understand why they have such a poor reputation for towing.
can anyone elighten him?
We are looking to downgrade from a 5.5 tonne horsebox (with three seats) to a 4x4 and trailer (human family has grown!). He has the B+E category on his licence.
At the moment it looks like they are all we can afford (dont want to get finance)-any other suggestions -not looking for anything older than a 51reg.
Thanks.
