Hey all I know another towing Q

I am considering getting an 2011 Vauxhall Antara Exclusiv Fwd, 2384CC Petrol, 5DR, Manual and according to their website the tow capacity is 2000kg. (Which the guy at the dealership told me 2500kg - didn't like him really and if I get it I will be asking for someone different)

I don't have a trailer or a B+E license yet (But plan to this year) and my sister will be the one that has the SUV that will tow both horses when the time comes so this wont be our main tow vehicle more of if I had to tow one in an emergency Id like the option if I had to.

Does anyone tow with one? or own one do you hate it or love it?

:)

I tow with a Chevrolet captiva which is the General Motors American version of the vauxhall antara (I go to Vauxhall dealers for services etc). They are pretty much the same car just the antara has better interior. I love my car. When towing we have no idea we are cos it does it with such ease. I tow a 510 ifor with one 450kg 15,1' in it plus stuff. So it would be fine. In fact I would have bought an antara but they are slightly more expensive than the Chevrolet models as us brits don't really trust the Chevrolet brand!!!
