Would just like to congratulate the Townfield Saddlery staff on their excellent customer relations. Very courteous and forgiving when I rang them about a till receipt problem which was entirely my own fault! Very refreshing these days when so many companies get bad press. Well done!

Townfields are an excellent Company to deal with, a lot of other companies could learn a lot from them "proper customer care" it goes a long way.
