am just watchin Zara phillips on Horse and Country TV (sorry peeps who dont have it!) shes ridin her horse toy town but he has these white spots on him!! does anyone know what they are???

I could be making this up, but I remember H&H doing an article on them recently - kind of like freckles that appear with age - something to do with changes in the pigmentation of the skin

my horse has just developed loads of little spots like a lepoard on his flanks, and it sounds and looks like the bend or spots at the top of the page, he also has some darker patches on his bum too!
they have only recently appeared in the last 2 weeks but hes not old.. hes only 8. Is there any other reasons they get them?

They usually increase in size and more are visible as your horse gets older.

Castlemouse - thanks for that link. My chestnut TB has to darker spots - never knew what they were til now. Thought I was going mad reently as he has been getting more but from the sounds of it it is quite possible. Cheers
