Tracing a horse

Does anybody know a dark bay warmblood gelding with a white star. He would be around 17 years old now, 16.1h and has a freezemark on his shoulder that is ITB6, he was known as Gil. The last I heard he was owned by a police lady who lived in Devon. Would love to hear how he is
