Tracing Coloured cob - name Blue

Tracing a 14'2 -14'3 piebald cob x dales called Blue - passport says Thadius. Would love to know how he is. Was last known in Hampshire. Approx 13 years old possibly older. Freezemarked.

Funnily enough I do know of a cob called Blue...just not sure it's the same one as your tracing....based in Hampshire....Fareham area...?
