Tracing horse in wrong hands

I am asking anyone who knows a horse dealer named Elaine Foster based in Doddington, Kent to please get in contact as I have been informed that she has my old horse who was supposed to retire at a horse sanctuary due to injury. I am desperate to trace him and if necessary take action to get him back to ensure he is not being ridden. Any details would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry cant help but i hope you find your old boy, which sanctuary did you give him to? do they not have any info on where he is and why he is not still with them
