Hi
There was a post ages ago when i was lurking about internet sites to track your horses lineage.
I used it and found Sidneys sire - a stallion called Odyseus.
Apparently he was a reasonable puissance jumper and it detailed the events he'd won.
Now how good his dad was I have no idea, but I'm trying to find the site again so i can get the name of the championship he won. That way I can try to track it down to try to get a good photo of his dad.
I'm wanting to do hubby a photo frame with Sidney and his dad both jumping (I saw one photo and they are ringers for each other).
Can anyone suggest what site it might have been (sorry but being a vague blonde)??.
It was free to get the basic lineage and you just typed in the horses name?

Thanks Magic - just tried the one you suggested and I can find him on here but its not the site I used I don't think?
The one I used you could get a picture of him jumping and some detail about what he's done. This one doesn't seem to have that info on him.

Ok. I'm now worried I'm having THE most dense day ever. I'm sorry Magic. That was the site thank you very very much.
Its the fact i can't spell.
Thus neither could someone else and he's on there twice - once spelt right, the other spelt wrong . DUH!!
I am SO thick!
I can't get over how much my boy looks like his daddy!
So any ideas of how I find any pictures of the 1980 stallion grading show in Denmark?!

Thanks again.
I'll try them.
The first site has a photo of him its just pants quality.
I'd love to know if Odysseus was any good in blood line terms but only out of sheer nosiness.
Sidney is just our happy hacker but he has done jumping in the past - supposedly up to 1.6m but whether thats true it remains to be seen. He certainly gets excited when he's see jumps but we've not put him over any yet.

Celia Clarke has a huge amount of knowledge, but I have lost her phn nbr now. She was very involved in the early days of the BWBS & I went with her to Stoneleigh the year Jumbo was graded as a BSH stallion. If anyone could have helped you she could.
