I'm trying to trace a 16.2(ish)hh bright chestnut mare. She was owned by an old friend of mine who I no longer have any contact with.

When she was sold a good 5 or 6 years back she was rather messed up, and she hadn't done anything for a long time. I think she was sold on to some sort of Show Jumping yard to be re schooled.

The last time I saw her was at an Unaffiliated Show Jumping competition at Hartpury College at least 3 or 4 years ago, where she didn't do well.. She was rearing, napping etc. The fences were no bigger than 2'6" in the class that she did. However she did look VERY well and fit, looked great on that day.

Phoenix was approx 16.2hh, must now be in her late teens, bright chestnut with a white stripe and one (I think, will check later) white hind. Before she was sold to be re schooled she was kept in Swindon Village, Cheltenham but I'm not sure where the yard was which she went to after that.

I'd like to know where she's ended up, what she's doing now and if they managed to 'crack' her problems. Any info good or bad.. Even if you think you may have just seen her somewhere or could point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it!

Her name may have changed as it was Phoenix, then changed to Fleur so may be either of those or something different. I don't know of any other names she may have been known by.

Thanks in advance, Alex.
