Tracing Suzanne Duffy - Wisbech

I am trying to trace Toffee's breeder, all I have is she is/was called Suzanne Duffy and was in the Wisbech area early 1990's.

Bit of a long shot but worth a try as I know she wanted to keep track of Toffee
