How do I set one up, we've got two horses - one is 36 and needs as much grass as possible and one is a good doer and doesn't need much grass!! How would it work?

It wont!
The only way you can do it, is for the one that doesn't need much grass to be in a track system around your land/field. Then you can feed haylage etc then the one that needs alot of grass can be in the middle of the track (i.e if you had the track around the field the middle bit would be emtpy so to speak)
You have the opposite needs for two horses so it would be hard.
Though having said that maybe someone else can think of something better!

I have a track system and it works brilliantly. the horse that needs it is on it and the others are either in the middle or in other fields. i highly recommend it.
