I would really like to find out where my gelding came from and what he's done in his past, He's been passed around alot, and with us he'll have a forever home. He's 10 years old, and a Gypsy Cob type, 14.2 hh, stable name "Flash".
I'm in contact with his previous owners on the passport (they're the only owners that's written on the passport as they registered it) and they got him from a dealer, he came in pretty bad condition apparently, I'm going to find what dealer this was and see if I can find out where he got the pony from, if he holds records.
Apparently he's also seen days in a trekking centre in Scotland, have found some on Google and will email round them and see what I can dig up.
I believe this pony has been passed among gypsies as well, but there's obviously nothing I can really do to trace them, as they don't keep records!
What advice can you give on trying to unearth my ponys past?
Have pics, out of the random chance that someone knows him (unlikely but worth a try)
