As Markie is shown as a 'traditional' cob, it's my understanding that all hair is left undisturbed. This Sunday, we're off to a show that has Equifest/BSPA qualifiers and, as it's the same price to enter those classes as it is for 'normal' classes, thought we could have a little go and see how he gets on against the more serious competitor.
I went onto the BSPA website jus for a look to see what they say about how his 'type' should be turned out. It says moustaches can be trimmed but nothing about ear hair! Markie's ear hair sticks out about 3 inches and I'm itching to take the scissors to it!
Would any of you knowledgable folk know if ear hair can be removed from a traditional, heavy, gypsy cob?
Thanks in advance
