Trail of the painted ponies?

Does anyone know anything about these. My daughter has a ptrol one which is still in its box. It seems to have been retired since 02/05, they seem to get a very good price in America, would it be worth putting on ebay. This is the American advert, what would you start the bidding at, we thought about £20 but they seem to be worth more , would there be anywhere else to sell it? Not really her type of thing

My company sells loads of these so I'll have a go at answering!

The second hand value varies a lot, depends on how popular the piece was, condition, box etc.

If your daughters is still in it's box & with it's original swing tag then that's good. The Patrol piece was more popular in the US so I'd be tempted to list on the US ebay site, they aren't that heavy to post & you can get insured airmail via the post office.

If you flip the piece upside down there will be a serial number on the base. A first edition piece is worth more & would start with 1E/xxxxx.
