I need some urgent help to make a decision pretty please! I have seen a lovely IW 510 at a reputable dealer but it has a wooden floor when most advice seems to be only to buy one with an aluminium one. My horse is a very nervous loader/traveller and I have read that the wooden floors can give a quieter, smoother ride. Is the wooden floor as big a risk as it is portrayed and would I find it difficult to sell on?

Nothing wrong with a wooden floor providing it is in good condition and you look after it. It will obviously be a bit cheaper than a metal floored one.
My Ifor has a wooden floor, 20 years ago all trailers had wooden floors.

I come from the age where all trailers had wooden floors. I owned one with a wooden floor for years. Had it checked professionally annually and always made sure that any bedding used was swept up at the end of a journey so the floor had chance to dry out. I never had any problems and had the floor replaced a couple of times whilst i owned the trailer at a minimal cost - to be honest not because it was rotten, just more for my own peace of mind.
