Hi Everyone

I've just purchased a second hand trailer and I wondered if anyone could give me some advise please:-

Would you take out insurance and what cover? Which is the best company? and How much roughly is it per year?

I'm with NFU, it's added to my horse's insurance and costs about £12 per month fully comp for a brand new Ifor Williams.

I bought a second hand IFor Williams 505 and added it to my horse insurance with NFU and is fully comp and it costs an extra £5 per month

My 2nd hand trailer insurance cost about £90 for the year with KBIS. I also had a good quote from SEIB.

It was cheaper to have a separate policy than to add it to my horse insurance

NFU worked out cheapest for me - 1/2 the price of SEIB, KBIS and Stoneways for better coverage
