trailer/lorry conversions

just saw it and having a ponder in case I don't find a suitable car....
Are they safe?

I suspect this vehicle would not be legally able to carry 2 x 16.2 as it would be overweight. It would also have a very high centre of gravity making it quite unstable. Probably ideal for 2 shetland ponies.
