Trailer/lorry hire - Barley, Royston, Hertfordshire.

Hi sorry to bother everyone but urgently needing either a trailer dropping off this evening and picking up tomorrow afternoon/evening (would pay for your time and fuel in dropping off and picking up along with hire).

Or someone with a lorry that are local and willing to leave tomorrow morning for an hours trip to the vets with my horse and the youngster will have to come along to travel with her... But if not, I have found someone who can take us if I can find a trailer. Unfortunately my mum can't get up here on time with hers, so proving quite a tricky situation.

Which vets?

Does horse load/travel well? Is it likely to damage my lorry? Is it contagious?

Get a licensed and legal transporter to take you to the vets.

Depending upon your horse insurance company you can claim back horse transport costs.

Look on www.findhorsetransport.org for transport companies in your area
