Trailer towing training - South Glos/Bristol

Hi - new here. Looking for recommendations for trailer towing training/lessons in the South Glos/Bristol area. Can anyone help? I have only found one company so far (Bubbles).

There was a company who advertised in my local BHS area Newsletter, think they are called Mendip Towing, will go and have a look.
 
I've only heard of Bubble and Mendip round here I'm afraid. Whereabouts in Bristol/Glos are you? Just being nosey cos there don't seem to be too many people from around these parts on the forum!
 
web link isn't working, I am in someret and they drive past me regularly but haven't found a contact for them on the web(It is on the trailer they use but I'm driving so can't write it down)

so if anyone had a phone number that would be great then I won't have to keep getting my mum to drive
 
There is one which often drives past my house which is called 'Mendip Trailer Towing' or 'Mendip Trailer Test Training'.

Any good?

Yep mendip towing training:) Sharon Sparkes, 07901551112. She taught me how to tow and I passed first time

:) She will not make you pay for lessons you don't need, most of her clients pass first time shes fab! Sadly you will prob have to do the test in Taunton, unless the test centre moves back to bristol anytime soon.
 
Thanks for the details everyone, Mendip may be a bit out of the way for me (I am north of Bristol - fihunt I will pm you to satisfy your curiosity!) but I will give them a call to see what they say. There is a test centre in Bristol that does the test according to DSA website so don't think I'm going to have to go to Taunton...that's WAY out of the way for me!
