On Thursday night 2 trailers on my yard were targeted by thieves. Fortunately they were unable to remove the trailers so they wound up the jockey wheel on one trailer and removed both front wheels and the spare. On the other trailer they just removed the spare.
None of the security on the trailers was damaged nor the locks on the gate. So I guess they knew what they wanted and decided not to even try to remove the vehicles.
A trailer in the yard opposite had the hitch tampered with but nothing was removed from it.
We have stepped up the security and the Police are aware and doing extra patrols of the area.
Just wanted to give everyone in the area a heads up.
