I have a 15 year old 13.3hh pony that needs completely reschooling. He will need a lot of work doing with him as he rears, bucks, naps, spooks and the list goes on! It has got to the point now that I have stopped riding him due to the fact that I'm just not enjoying him anymore, and am actually quite scared of what he will do next.
So I am looking for a trainer in Cornwall who covers with Farms Common area, I am willing to help in whatever way, but this really needs to be sorted as at present he is sat in the field getting fat (oops!) because I just don't want to ride him anymore, which is a shame since he's a lovely pony to have around, and I'm sure he doesn't mean to do anything wrong but its knocked my confidence a lot. (And now means the shetland is getting more work than him!!)

I think you would be far better sending him away for re-schooling, especially if he is being naughty. I would highly recommend Dom Mills who is based at Chyverton Park, or Emily Meza at Mithian.

Thank you, I was thinking about sending him away but was iffy about it because I wasn't sure if he'd come back and be exactly how he was before, the cost isn't that much of an issue because I couldn't let him go to waste, he's such a lovely boy. He just doesn't know what to do with himself half the time which could be half the problem.
