I would like some professional help in retraining/restarting my 15hh Dales cross cob. He's 8 and came to me as a Ride and drive though I now think he was driven and very seldom ridden, and probably not taught any basics. I dont have the skill or energy or facilities to do it myself so wondered if anyone has used anyone who they can recommend in East Anglia. I saw an ad for Alex Bull at Sudbury which sounds good as he is cob savvy. Anyone any experience of his ways? And do you think there is anyone who would restart the horse - join up etc- as the horse has no confidence and doesn't look to his rider for it - just plants and then runs! pm me if you need to.
