Training young horse

Hi I have young, almost 4 years old gelding. He is under saddle 4 months. This is dressage horse, but I want our training will be more varied. I feel somethimes he is bored. What should a weekly training plan be? How much should he have free days? Only one or two days a week?

I dont do a lot with 4yr olds, they are either turned out all day and in at night, or they live out 24/7, depends on the horse. Workwise, I ride them four times a week, twice in the school for 30mins max, (happy to do less if all goes well), and I hack them twice a week, thats it.
