Is it just me or does that horse seem to be to skittish to be a police horse?? Considering our police horses stand rock still at football matches surronded by yobs
 
When in London I live v close to Stamford Bridge (Chelsea ground in Fulham)
and infact I live opposite where they park their horseboxes and un load - they are so 4 legged and brave - would do anything if asked - and even have to wear face visors to keep them safe - they appear to be fearless and if im feeling down of an evening ill go and have a pat once the games over and they r being untacked etc. One of the greys used to be a military show jumper. THey all have enormous feet so would hate to be trampled by one!

I went for work experience in south wales police.One of their horses was enjoying his job too much and started to play up in crowds. He was taken straight of patrol and sent back to police school
 
Given that they have video evidence of the fact that the horse was wound up before the incident there is a pretty good case for negligence on the part of the cops for not removing the animal from the scene. you could also question as to whether or not there was an animal welfare issue aswell
 
have i missed somethin is there a video if it that you can see, which force did this happen with ?
