translate SVP

I have just discovered the sales site here and have been checking out the ads. As a North American some of the descriptions aren't clear to me (or I can't read between the lines lol)


"Is a bold jumper" - does it mean strong/pulls to the fences or can it be just very self confident jumper without hesitation?

"She's a real cracker" - does that mean hot and sharp or just great? cracker sounds scary to me!

any help appreciated

"A real cracker" just means a good horse, talented, a nice temperament etc.

"A bold jumper" could mean either of those things you mentioned.
