Transport companies, Norfolk

Hiya, has anyone got any recommendations for transport people around here?

Need to get my big lad down to Rossdales next Monday & our lorry is currently being fixed after dying! Hopefully we'll have it back in time but would like to have a backup plan ready incase we don't. Horse is 17.3 and travels brilliantly, typical the time we really need the box it dies!

Are you looking for one to drive or one to drive you?

If it's one to drive you, I'd recommend Matt east. He transported my boy yesterday from Buckinghamshire to Norfolk and he is fantastic. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Would need a driver as I'm 21 so pretty sure most companies won't insure me, hopefully the box will be fixed by then but wanted to have a back up plan just incase!

Hopefully you will have your box back in time!

None of the 2 box brigade will be able to transport your horse due to him being 17.3hh and height restrictions apply, not that the cowboy 2 box brigade adhere to them sadly.

You will need a proper horse lorry not the biscuit tins.

Julie transports all our elephants, none of our neds are below 17.2hh

They moved me from Cambridge to Norfolk. I think they are based Dereham
They were brilliant and reasonable price too.

I think Matt East can be flaky and with a horse that size I would get a proper transporter.

I hire out our 2 horse Ritchardson trailer with front unload, it easy takes two 17.2hns horses , we also have a breast bar for single horse so you can travel without the partision,I charge £45 a day if that is any use for you, 07789 227463
