Transport in Yorkshire

Hi, my friend is looking for someone to transport her horse home when she buys him, just wondered if anyone knows of anyone who does horse transport in East Yorkshire? I used Mike Gee a few years ago, but not sure if he still does it?

Try Rupert Worrall at Gate Burton Horse Transport. Great with the horses and I have always found him to be reasonably priced. Would give you his number but I have both his personal and business mobiles and can't remember which is which! Google!

I used hot to trot to transport mine (based north yorks but go anywhere) when I got married, she went to the stables, washed and prepped him and brought him to the venue in east yorkshire (1 hour plus from the yard) cannot recommend highly enough

horsebox hire near Selby good but you drive yourself if you not old enough to drive 7.5 tonne
lorry they hire out a nice 3.5 tonne box for reasonable money
