UPDATE.
Found the perfect transporter. Big trailer, shallow ramp, full width breastbar so partition can be removed, fully insured etc., camera, and available on the day. A very reasonable quote too. Perfect! Then - I get a text message yesterday lunchtime from the woman running the set-up I'm taking him to - and she's told me she can't now take him. Wonderful. 10 days notice. Load of excuses. All rather feeble. So I've now got to grovel and apologise to the transporter and my yard owner. Angry doesn't begin to describe! Think I'll have a bit of a break from the searching for now (assuming it's ok to remain where I am!). At least I've got the details of a suitable transporter. If they'll entertain another booking from me!
