Travelling with mirrors

Not sure which section this should be in...hope its ok here!!

My question is, does anyone have any experience of travelling a horse with mirrors inside the lorry? I mean the sort of mirrors you can get to put into stables. I read in a magazine recently (can't remember which one - could have been H&H!!) that they can be useful for nervous travellers - but would like some info from people that have used them.

I travel my mare with one, as she would stand in the box on her own, but is quite happy now she has a mirror/mate!!!! I got one after I had put one in the stable and found she really liked it.
