Treating Laminitis in Pregnant mares?

I have a little dartmoor pony called crumble, who's pregnant and lame. Her bff os also preggers and lame.
What's the best treatment that is alright for mares that are pregnant?

Off the grass into a grass free area with supportive surface such as 4ins deep shavings or pea gravel. Feed soaked rinsed hay. As for the rest of the diet for pregnant mares try emailing Jackie Taylor here... http://www.metabolichorse.co.uk/

As post above says but your vet would be your best advisor - what does he suggest?

Pregnant mares don't actually need any siginificant change in their diet until the last trimester, so you should be ok to treat pretty much as normal especially with a pony that obviously does so well. Of course check with your vet!!
