Does anyone have any experience using this cream to treat sarcoids? Partner's Mare has/had one on her underside around 6in back from where girth sits.

We noted last night that it had fallen off, email pics to vet who advised not to laser as planned but reccomended treating with the aforementioned cream.

There is not a lot on google from people who have used it on horses so I thought I'd ask in here.

Thanks all.

I was given it years ago for a sarcoid but never used it as it went on its own, I did Google it and I think it can make the area quite sore and it put me off using it to be honest.

Yes, I have read that as well. It may be like Liverpool cream, in that some don't mind it and others hate it?

I think it is similar just not as strong I imagine which is why a vet doesn't need to put it on, I was just a bit worried about it as it was for a very sensitive Arab and his had reactions to fly spray and other relatively tame things, his lumps were on the inside of his thigh where there isn't much hair and could potentially be very sore, luckily they just went on there own but I noticed his now got a small lump in his nostril which looks very similar so I will have to get a vet out! He also hates any sort of lotions and potions put on him and will rub the areas it's applied to, his a very special needs horse bless him.

I would speak to your vet about the side effects.
