Treehouse silk hat cover - sizes

I am goin to buy a silk hat cover from treehouse and would like your opinions on their sizes, do they come up large? The last time I bought a silk hat cover it was very baggy and hated it.
I have a 6 7/8 champion airvent skullcap, does anyone else have this size, if so what size hatsilk did you get?
Also do you prefer elastic or ties?

I stated that I had a Euro hat (one with thick AP style straps) and what size my head is, I preffer ties - as elastic goes after a while, all my Mums racing silks are still going strong as they were all ties - (some of which are as old as me! You have to criss/cross them round the back having tied them in a knot round to the front into a double bow - some people like to safety pin them into place though they rust when wet.) Hers are good - the one I had made fits my HS1 too!
